The Tailor’s Table

A black coffee table made of Acacia confusa custom made for a tailoring company. A pair of tailor scissors, one in his collection, was embedded into the table. A high gloss finish was achieved by sanding and polishing for more than 20 hours.

Acacia confusa was widely used for afforestation in Hong Kong. Its hard timber is made from thousands of blonde wood grains.
